This project aims to create a network of universities' resource centres for teachers and researchers implied in the implementation or analysis of the use of ICT in Higher Education.

In order to facilitate the use of Communication and Information Technologies into their teaching practices, many European universities have recently created resource centres (multimedia centre, centre of educational technology...). These centres have generally many missions: to accompany the initiatives taken, to provide a technical support to the teachers, to train the teachers, to carry out productions, to evaluate actions, to realise a research activity on their practices. The actors in charge of these missions have also various positions in the university : professors, researchers, technicians, assistants and must often build their own solutions in their own context. Furthermore, the questions with which they are confronted are generally unsolved : which strategy to support the uses of ICT for learning at the university ? Which support for the teachers ? Which training ? How could they analyse the project realised : failures and success ? How could they evaluate their actions ?

The purpose of this network open to the teachers and researchers implied in the implementation or the analysis of the introduction of the uses of ICT in Higher Education are :

to better understand the innovation process ;
to share their practices and their resources ;
to produce tools to analyse and evaluate the uses of ICT in higher education ;
to create a common service of exchange of resources and collaboration accessible to the community.

To achieve these goals, RECRE@SUP is based on an European team of researchers and teachers sharing a common experience. This team, is moreover, opened to new partners (inside their university and outside it) to support the dissemination of their results.
