The Comenius 1.3 school project 'Developing digital skills @ school' focuses on ICT. Teachers and pupils will learn to deal with the computer and its multiple resources.
Digital literacy skills of teachers and pupils will be developed to enable them to communicate across the borders using an electronic learning environment. The teachers will compare, share, enhance, design and build teaching methods and materials together. These materials and methods will then be experimented in class and implemented in each partner-institution.
Cooperation is developed through training sessions, face to face meetings at the participating schools and continuous collaboration and exchange of ideas on our electronic platform.
The project aims to take into account the needs of pupils from minority groups by developing appropriate materials to facilitate their integration.
There will be continuous evaluation of the work at all stages and regular reports will be disseminated to the partner schools. Digiskills will be a parallel project to COMENIUS 3 Network MUTANDI (Mutual Approach Towards New Directions).
The participating schools are carrying out a parallel eTwinning project with the same title, which has the purpose to make the pupils of the participating schools work on a bi- and multilateral basis. A website of this E-Digiskills project has been created.
