Diploma in Nursing and Bachelor in Social and Cultural Anthropology. PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Author of several books and book’s chapters, particularly on problem-based learning. She has conducted workshops for teachers and she has participated as invited speaker in several national/international meeting. She has collaborated in different teaching exchange programes from various european universities. She has been implicated on a project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland for nursing teacher training in the Nursing Centre for Continuing Education, Ministry of Health, Pristina, Kosovo. She is a coordinator of ENNE (European Network of Higher Nursing Education) and the representative of the National Conference of Directors of Colleges of Nursing in FINE (International Federation of Nurse Educators). The research lines are related to the problem-based learning methodology, innovations and gender in university.
