Peter Twining
Director
Peter Twining started out as a primary school teacher in the early 1980s before becoming an academic in the 1990s. Throughout his career he has been interested in how education can be enhanced, the management of educational change, and the potentials offered by new technologies. His current passion is for schome (not school, not home, schome, the education system for the information age) - see the Schommunity website at http://www.schome.ac.uk/ to find out more. Peter is currently the Co-Director of CREET - the third largest educational research unit in the UK.
