Ariadna Padrós has pursued her career as a blended learning consultant at theEducational Innovation and Academic Quality Unit at Esade University Ramon Llull in Barcelona (Spain) aiming to promote the pedagogical use of ICT and improve the quality of the teaching-learning process.
She has participated in the European projects eLene ‐TT (European Collaboration for Teaching Training) and eLene‐TLC (Teaching and Learning Centre ) funded by the European Union.
She has worked as an online teacher on the subject ‘Multimedia and Communication’ at the Open University of Catalunya (UOC) and collaborated in research projects on collaborative work and learning in virtual environments at the same university.
She has gained language teaching experience working at various institutions in Spain, England and Australia.
