Gestion des concepts de formation au sein des environnements économiques multiculturels
De plus en plus d’entreprises ayant besoin de services de formation et de perfectionnement déploient leurs activités dans plusieurs pays. Elles sont donc confrontées à des langues et à des cultures diverses. Pour mener à bien un projet de formation complexe, multinational et personnalisé, un bon concept est loin d’être suffisant. Ce concept doit être souple pour que les changements de pays à pays n’affectent pas le contenu devant être fourni. Il est possible d’envisager plusieurs versions localisées du concept de formation, qui seraient fournies simultanément. La difficulté réside dans la gestion du concept en question.
SKILL2E : réflexion en ligne pour l’acquisition de compétences interculturelles
Le projet SKILL2E a pour but de doter de compétences interculturelles les étudiants effectuant un stage à l’étranger. Le modèle propose un cycle d’apprentissage en double boucle dans le cadre duquel un journal en ligne et partagé ayant recours à des questions orientées est utilisé à des fins de réflexion. Les premiers résultats illustrent la façon dont cette approche collaborative favorise le développement de compétences interculturelles.
Crossing the intercultural borders into 3rd space culture(s): implications for teacher education in the twenty-first century
This article looks at a year-long network-based exchange between two groups of student-teachers in Spain and the USA, who were involved in various networkbased collaborative activities as part of their teaching education.
The online interaction was facilitated through diverse communicative modes such as Skype, Moodle, Voicethread and Second Life (SL). It was found that the participants’ interaction with their distanced partners varied according to the available communication modes as they constructed ‘membership’ identities in the virtual interaction. The analysis hints at the need to reconsider what ‘intercultural’ means within a ‘third space’.

Bridge-IT es un proyecto de red temática financiado por la Comisión Europea a través del programa de soporte a las políticas de fomento del uso de las TIC (PSP ICT). Sus principales objetivos son la identificación, el intercambio y la aplicación de buenas prácticas dentro del ámbito de las TIC y de la diversidad cultural y la integración social del colectivo inmigrante en Europa.
