Graduated at the University of Florence (IT) She holds a Master Degree in Architecture.
Cinzia has more than 20 years of working experience in European Policy and Programmes with an extensive expertise and knowledge of EU policy and practices.
She is based in Brussels and has worked in management position for both profit and non profit sector and as evaluator for European projects in framework contracts. She has more than five years managerial experience in humanitarian aid projects granted by the Humanitarian Aid department of the European Commission.
Expert in project management she has worked as advisor and co-ordinator for projects in European and extra European countries on children education and culture.
Cinzia has proven skills in developing a fund-raising strategy, setting priorities, and goals, researching, identifying potential donors and networking, communicating with current donors, preparing presentations to deliver to potential donors and key stakeholders and overseeing event planning.
Specific skills and competences include: knowledge of EU policy and decision-making processes; experience as representative in European Commission tasks force meetings, reporting members inputs and drafting recommendations; project control and monitoring, technical assistance for financial control.
